Apologies for the audio quality, not up to my usual standards. This conference was put together by Wayne Elderton and Larry Jurovich and was meant as a team workshop for both the coaching staff at the North Van tennis centre and the tennis centre in Coquitlam and Surrey. The conference ended up attracting coaching professionals from Alberta and Vancouver Island. I found it interesting that those in attendance were full time pros working at influential clubs in Western Canada, unlike the typical conferences that attract a wide range of people new to coaching through more experienced pros. I wanted to record this conference mostly for my own development as editing requires me to watch to the footage repeatidly making it easier to absorb. I wanted to share the video because these excellent topics are rarely discussed on video.
Having a son playing competitive green ball, and with the recent success of events like the Laver Cup, the ATP Cup and the new format of the Davis Cup, I couldn't agree more with Wayne's presentation. Thanks for reading, hope you enjoy...
